Sea Kayak Guides Alliance of British Columbia
The Sea Kayak Guides Alliance of BC (SKGABC), the regulatory body for sea kayak guides in British Columbia, needed an upgrade from their outdated, manually operated website. Their old system couldn’t support member records or certifications, creating extra work for volunteers. Radar Hill partnered with SKGABC to build a mobile-friendly, responsive platform that simplifies membership management, reflects their professional standards, and functions as a central hub for guides across the province.

Radar Hill took the time to deeply understand the complexity of our organization—especially our multi-tiered certification system and the unique needs of a volunteer-run membership model. Managing certifications, logging hours, and updating profiles is now quick and straightforward, even from remote locations. On our end, the content management system is simple to use, and we finally have the tools to keep things updated without needing technical support every step of the way. It's made a real difference in how we support our members and stay connected as a community.
